📖 Overview

This Bhutan and Nepal combined cultural journey offers a deep exploration of Himalayan spirituality, ancient monasteries, and breathtaking mountain landscapes.

The tour begins in Kathmandu, Nepal, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for sacred Hindu and Buddhist landmarks such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Travelers also experience the living goddess tradition by visiting the Kumari Temple, adding a unique cultural dimension to the journey.

A scenic mountain flight takes you to Paro, Bhutan, famously known as the “Land of the Thunder Dragon.” From here, the journey continues to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital, where traditional heritage blends with modern Bhutanese life.

One of the most memorable highlights is crossing the Dochula Pass (3,100 m), offering panoramic Himalayan views and 108 sacred chortens dedicated to Bhutanese soldiers.

In Punakha, travelers visit the stunning Punakha Dzong, located between two rivers, and explore the famous Chimi Lhakhang, associated with fertility blessings and the legendary “Divine Madman.”

The journey continues through Paro Valley, where travelers explore ancient fortresses, museums, and sacred temples before undertaking the unforgettable hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang)—one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the Himalayas, dramatically perched on a cliff at 3,048 meters.

This tour perfectly blends spiritual exploration, Himalayan landscapes, cultural immersion, and historical heritage, making it one of the most enriching journeys in Nepal and Bhutan.
